We serve Northampton and surrounding counties.
Our caregivers are Certified Nurses Aids, Homecare Assistants and others that have professional experience and skills and personal compassion to work with vulnerable individuals. They are all thoroughly screened with comprehensive background checks and personally trained by our management team.
You are in complete control of your service and you can decide the services you want to use, the times, dates, and days of your service. You also decide how long you want service.
We charge a flat rate per hour of service. We will tell you up front and put it in writing what the cost will be so there will never be any surprises.
It is completely up to you. We offer many services and you can choose what you want to use or you can use all of them. You will not pay an arm and leg with us unlike with other many agencies. You can see all the services we offer here.
Of course, we will make sure that one of our highly qualified carer can pick up right where your normal carer left off until she or he is able to return.
We are professional when it comes to that and the answer is No. We will find you someone who would have been introduced to you. Where this is not possible, we assure you that we would assign a senior carer to look after you while they work with a shadow carer.
You will receive an invoice from First Point Healthcare Pvt Limited and you can pay us directly. All of the carers at First Point Healthcare Pvt Limited are employees of First Point Healthcare Pvt Limited, so we take care of all the taxes and insurances and pay them.
